How do I update my business profile?

If you wish to update your business's profile, you simply press the MyDetails button in your member area. There you can change any of your displayed details quickly and easily.

How do I change my lead email address?

To change or add an email address that your leads are sent to, click on MyDetails in the members area. Simply type a new email address or another email address into the box, and click on the 'update details' button at the bottom of the page.

How and when do I pay for the service?

Payment by credit or debit card (see payment methods) is requested on the 25th of each month. You are notified via email every month regarding your spend and your reciept.

Can I advertise in more than one region or category?

Yes, absolutely! If your business operates in more than one region you can choose to have your profile displayed across as many regions in the UK as you want. Similarly, if your business offers many different types of service, you can choose to have your profile displayed on our different categories. You will receive a discount for being listed in multiple categories or regions.

How do I receive the leads?

As soon as a lead intended for your review is submitted to the web site, it is delivered to your email inbox using the email address you supply on registration. If other businesses have been selected to review an enquiry, they also receive the lead through email at the same time. The lead contact details will be sent to your email address along with the project details. It is then up to you to move quickly to contact the potential client with the contact details supplied (email address and telephone number) to win their business.

What happens when we win work from a lead?

If you win any kind of work from the leads you receive, you still only owe us the lead fee.

How do I know who I am competing with on a particular lead?

We do not supply any details about your direct competitors for any specific lead.

How do you 'Validate & Verify' a lead?

The lead verification process is carried out by us. As soon as a lead is submitted to the web site, we are sent a notification email so one of our team can call the Buyer and validate and verify the lead. If we decide the lead is genuine, you are obliged to accept the lead and the customer's contact details will be sent to your email address along with the project details. The lead fee is charged to all of the other businesses contacted as well as yourself. It is then up to you to move quickly to contact the potential client with the contact details supplied (email address and telephone number) to win their business.

What happens if I receive a false or worthless lead?

If you are unfortunate enough to get a worthless lead that has been accepted by us, or the contact details are simply incorrect, refer it to our customer service team who will seek to reimburse your lead fee as soon as possible.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Electron, EuroCard, Solo and Switch/Maestro. We also accept any debit card with a Visa or Mastercard logo.
